Our project is complicated. It has difficult access, has multiple terraces with a height difference of over 6M between the highest and lowest levels, is 75M long and requires a phased installation over several months. So we needed a contractor who was a full design & construct who could take on such a difficult project. We're very pleased that we selected Garden Design Company .We've found their Designers, installation & project management team to be excellent and we would highly recommend them.
We have really been pleased with David's aftercare work as his attention to detail is second to none. An important part of this project was ensuring the look of the garden stays immaculate and to the same standard week on week post completion and I believe we have managed to achieve this by David's hard work.David's communication when he notices an issue arising is extremely re-assuring as sometimes it can be hard to spot things that might not be obvious to the eye.I would absolutely recommend David's aftercare service!
We had a major design and build garden project in Summer 2022. The team did a great job managing the whole process end to end. Bespoke service from start to finish. We recently had an architect work on some building plans but did not listen to our requirements which was massively frustrating. The Garden Design Company were the opposite and produced a plan that required no adjusting; it was fantastic. The builders and horticulturist who then completed the garden were so professional, helpful and polite which, I am sad to say, is a rarity now.I would highly recommend to anyone. Not cheap but value for money.
